Shipping
We ship our watches from Toronto, Canada to anywhere in the world - provided our carriers and laws permit us to do so. We use a variety of shipping carriers but you can expect to receive your packages via Fedex most of the time. A tracking number will be provided to you.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs. Our pricing does not include duties and taxes that your country may levy. We are not responsible for any brokerage fees, taxes and/or duties levied on you by your country's customs officials. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund
Kickstarter Returns
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on items received as Kickstarter rewards.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase*, you have a 7-day return privilege from the time your purchase is delivered to you, during which you may inspect the product and inform us if you intend to return it. The 7-day time frame starts from the date the shipping carrier confirms delivery. If you decide to return the product, it must be postmarked for return within 10 business days of the original delivery date. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense and we may charge a 10% re-stocking fee at our discretion for returned watches. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be unused and in new condition, otherwise, it will be returned to you at your expense, and the request for a refund will be denied.
Please note that any attempt to remove the strap, labels and/or tags will make the watch ineligible for return or refund. In addition, if the strap has been curved in any way due to use, the watch will be ineligible for return or refund. If your return is not postmarked within 10 business days of the original delivery date, your request for a refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Warranty
FLEUX Watches offers a 1-year limited warranty that safeguards against manufacturing defects and workmanship in their watches and watch parts. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. The warranty does not extend to any damage caused by natural disasters, modifications or services carried out by a third party, scratches resulting from normal use, or any misuse. To file a warranty claim, please email us at info@fleuxwatches.com . Please ensure that you have your order number and watch's serial number on hand if required. We will provide you with shipping instructions. Shipping is not included and is your responsibility. This warranty covers any necessary repairs but is not transferable.
Under no circumstances will FLEUX be liable for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind. Any further claim against FLEUX, for example for damages additional to the above described warranty is expressly excluded.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for:
- Repairs needed due to normal and/or reasonable use.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, alterations, negligence, or unauthorized work.
- Scratches, cracks and/or blemishes caused by normal and/or reasonable use.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
