HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE FLEUX? 

Branding101 - choose a name that no one knows how to pronounce. Right? 

Seriously, we never thought this would make it to a FAQ page, but here we are. 

We named our company after the ingenious gentleman that invented the modern diving rebreather - Henri Fleuss (fl-oose) - but with a twist.

So our name is pronounced: Fl-ooks. You know, like a fluke?...which also accurately describes how this all came about. 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? 

We ship all over the world with the exception of Russia and Belarus. If you do not see your country listed when checking out, please email us: info@fleuxwatches.com

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY AND METHOD DO YOU USE? 

Most of our shipments are sent via Fedex Economy and Canada Post (if you're located in Canada). 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY WATCH?

As fellow watch collectors, we know how exciting it can be to wait for a new watch to arrive. We strive to ship your watch the next day.

Although shipping carrier times and local customs office processing times can vary, as a general rule: 

Canada: 2-3 days 

USA: 2-3 days 

Europe: ~5-7 days 

Asia: 7 days

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A CUSTOMS OR DELIVERY ISSUE?

Although this rarely happens, please reach out to us at info@fleuxwatches.com as soon as possible. Please include your name, tracking number and a short description of your issue. We will reach out to the carrier to find out how to resolve the issue and work with you to ensure a successful delivery. 

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes, shipping is free worldwide! 

WHAT ABOUT DUTIES AND TAXES?

Taxes

If you are located in Canada, HST (in accordance with your province) will be applied to your order.

Most countries levy a GST/VAT/HST to all imported goods and your local authorities will charge you this amount when your watch arrives in your country. You are solely responsible for paying taxes as we do not collect or remit on your behalf. 

Duties

Your local customs officials may levy the appropriate duty applicable to your nation. 

0% DUTY - The good news is, the vast majority of countries we regularly ship to do not charge a duty for our watches. While we encourage you to check with your local authorities, we have compiled a list below of countries that do not charge any duties for the importation of our watches.

WHY ARE YOUR PRICES IN USD IF YOU'RE LOCATED IN CANADA?

As a global brand, we chose USD as our store currency as it easily understood and accepted worldwide. 

RETURNS 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase*, you have a 7-day return privilege from the time your purchase is delivered to you, during which you may inspect the product and inform us if you intend to return it. The 7-day time frame starts from the date the shipping carrier confirms delivery. If you decide to return the product, it must be postmarked for return within 10 business days of the original delivery date.

The cost of return shipping will be at your expense and we may charge a 10% re-stocking fee at our discretion for returned watches. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be unused and in new condition, otherwise, it will be returned to you at your expense, and the request for a refund will be denied.

Please note that any attempt to remove the strap, labels and/or tags will make the watch ineligible for return or refund. In addition, if the strap has been curved in any way due to use, the watch will be ineligible for return or refund. If your return is not postmarked within 10 business days of the original delivery date, your request for a refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
